How to nail your TEDx audition

One of my clients just got invited to audition for BIG TED — as in, a main stage event — and he asked if I had any audition tips for him.

Ohhh, do I ever. And hey, I need to make a video for LinkedIn ... wait a minute ...

If you’re thinking, “Anna, I don’t have time to watch a two-minute video,” here’s the main takeaway: Treat it like a job interview.

  • Dress professionally.

  • Arrive a little early.

  • Be prepared.

  • And yes — thank them afterward.

The details matter more than you think.
